Join us for the ultimate mind-body-soul experience. Karianne will guide participants through simple Qigong movements to help engage the energetic body, followed by a relaxing guided breath meditation. This workshop will conclude with a 20 minute sound bath using crystal alchemy bowls to help your mind and body move energy and find a peaceful, meditative state of being.
