I first met Alaina on LinkedIn. Amid COVID, I decided to focus on increasing my presence and joined a pod of other like-minded entrepreneur content creators. In our twice-weekly posts, I was instantly drawn to the stories Alaina shared that focused on how to master where we put our energy as a path to internal balance and business success. Her ideas around limiting beliefs, creating inward stability, honing in on our feelings, and using insight from neural psychology to relax the nervous system were so empowering.
