Key Insight: Don’t be afraid to iterate or change course (tasks and processes) while holding your intention at the forefront of decision-making. Continue to stay in tune with your milestones and timelines, and make small adjustments while staying true to your vision.
2. Self-Inquiry: Constantly and Honestly Evaluate Personal/Professional Balance

Daily meditation
Journal reflection
Trial new approaches
Awareness of energy
Key Insight: Consider the big things and the tiny things that go into your daily routine. Follow and reflect on where you put your energy and if it's aligned and placed toward the intentions you set. Cut out what doesn’t work, try new ideas, and simplify where possible.

Key Insight: In order to hustle, energy is required. Working smarter means making a commitment to yourself and taking the downtime needed to regulate your energy. From dedicated vacation time to self-care treatment, time to move, or getting creative by taking a couple of hours off from work when you can, it is essential to prioritize your needs.
