It’s with great fondness that I recall how I first met Taylor. Amid COVID, we both volunteered to work with Debra Guinta’s  @prismatic_movement series for teens. (Debra is one of my other featured conversations this season. You can read about her here). I first heard from Taylor during an introductory webinar, and I immediately felt a kinship with her approach to life and work as an entrepreneur.

A true entrepreneur at heart, she has dedicated her career to coaching leaders. In addition to her successful (yes, when I say successful, I mean it!) solo endeavors, by which she is featured as one of LinkedIn’s top Entrepreneurship Voices and on Fortune's inaugural list of “10 Innovators Shaping the Future of Health,” she also serves as a facilitator for Google and FranklinCovey.


Self-Care Leads to Big Success

Since we spoke, Taylor has launched her first book, Inner Workout (with an app launch coming soon), along with her next venture, Lifestyle Business League. In a little less than three years, she has expanded her coaching practice, expanded her speaking and philanthropic outreach schedule, and was named a winner of the 2022 Black Ambition Prize.
